Chocolate Covered Cakes
During the lockdown in 2020, I took the opportunity to master a skill that I've had my eye on since meeting Emma Page at a London wedding show.
Emma produces show stopping meringue buttercream sculpted floral cakes, but we worked together to come up with a white chocolate ganache recipe that offers a melt in the mouth experience with much more stability.
If you're not a fan of sugary icing these will be perfect for you, and your cake will be truly 100% edible.

You might be forgiven for thinking that the below design has been mis categorised. It is however another demonstration of the versatility of our white chocolate ganache recipe. In this case we have smoothed the exterior and added an ombre effect using coloured cocoa butter.
Fresh flowers were added by the florist.
